Where Will Libya be in 5 Years?
Welcome to the Period 1 Libyan Revolution website! With all the revolutions occuring in the world currently, it is important to learn about the past in order to be able to solve problems in the future. Throughout the pages of this weebly, we will attempt to predict how the government will work out during the twenty-first century in Libya. We will also discuss how the daily life of the population will change within the next five years.
You know what they say, third time's the charm. At first, one makes the mistake, and the second time around the same mistake is made because we haven't had time to learn from it yet. When the third time comes around, we have our guards up and are ready to try it again and do it correctly. This is exactly what is happening to these modern day revolutions as they are imitating what has happened in the past, as if they are round two.
We took a look at the French and Russian revolutions that have occurred many years ago. Although the Libyan conflict is occurring in modern times, many of the issues were the same within these three revolutions. Make sure to take a look at the Historical Revolutions, and Modern Issue pages to learn how they all relate to each other.
